AGM date is now moved to the 14th of September 7pm at the club room.
All committee positions are opened.
Its in our kids best interest to have a strong proactive committee. You dont have to be available for every meeting or every weekend to help, but the more people come on board the easier it is to be productive. A full hand over will be given so you are in the loop and how we have previously ran. With on going support when needed.

President
Hands on Manage and oversee all goings on in the club. Liaise with CSA, CCJSA, FW, FFSW, Collie Seniors.
Secretary
Review, reply, forward all Incoming and out going correspondence, minute meetings.
Treasurer
Manage, balance all monies in and out and report.
Registrar
Manage registrations, collect fees, pay fees, report.
Bandicoots Coordinator
Setup, train, guide and pack up. Write ups.
Locals yrs 2-6 Coordinator
Organize game Setup, guide and pack up. Writes ups and referees.
Travelling Team Coordinator
Organize the Setup and pack up when home. Writes ups score cards and results and transport where required.
Fundraising Coordinator
Canteen, raffles, etc….. Manage and report.
Grounds Coordinator
Liaise with seniors to mark lines and ensure balls, nets, whistles ect are all in good order where required.
Media Coordinator
Manage and Post write ups to Collie Mail, Collie Radio, TeamApp and Facebook.
